Fall Cleanup Services in Angus, ON
We clear leaves, debris, and prep your property for winter so you don't have to.
Why Fall Cleanup Matters
Leaves pile up fast in Angus. If you don't clear them, they smother your grass, clog gutters, and turn into a soggy mess that's twice as hard to deal with later. We're talking dead patches in spring and drainage headaches you didn't ask for.
Fall cleanup isn't just raking. It's clearing beds, pulling dead annuals, trimming back perennials, and getting your property buttoned up before the first snow. We do it all in one visit so you're not scrambling when the weather turns. Properties in Barrie and Alliston see the same issues - we handle those too.
What's Included in Our Fall Cleanup
We start with leaf removal - lawns, beds, walkways, driveways. Everything gets blown, raked, and hauled away. Then we cut back perennials, pull spent annuals, and clear out any debris that built up over the summer. Gutters full of leaves? We'll clear those too if you need it.
We also edge beds, blow off patios and decks, and make sure downspouts are draining away from the house. If you've got a Seasonal Lawn Mowing plan with us, we'll do a final cut and mulch those last leaves into the turf. The goal is simple: your property looks clean and it's ready for winter.
How We Work
You call or text, we come out and give you a flat quote. No hourly nonsense. We show up with blowers, rakes, tarps, and a truck. Most residential properties in Angus take us 2-4 hours depending on tree cover and lot size.
We bag or haul everything off-site. You don't deal with disposal. If you want us back in spring, we offer Spring Cleanup as a package - a lot of clients book both and save a bit. We're also setting up Residential Snow Blowing routes for winter, so if you need that handled too, just ask.
Timing and Scheduling
Best time to book is mid-October through early November. Wait too long and you're cleaning up frozen leaves or working around snow. We're usually slammed the last two weeks of October, so if you've got a lot of maples, call early.
We work through Angus, Cookstown, and the surrounding area. If the forecast's calling for an early freeze, we'll move you up in the schedule. One cleanup visit is usually enough, but if you've got heavy leaf drop we can come back for a second pass.
What It Costs
Typical residential cleanup runs $150-$300 depending on property size and how much debris we're moving. Smaller lots with a few trees are on the low end. Bigger properties with heavy canopy and garden beds are higher. We quote it flat so there's no surprises.
Commercial properties and multi-unit sites get custom quotes. If you bundle fall and spring cleanup together, we knock a bit off the total. Same if you're already on a seasonal mowing or snow removal plan with us. We're not the cheapest option in Angus, but we show up on time and we don't leave a mess.

Frequently asked questions
Do you haul away all the leaves or do I need to bag them?
We haul everything. You don't touch a bag. We blow, rake, tarp, and load it all into our truck. It goes to a composting site or municipal yard waste facility. You're done when we leave.
Can you do fall cleanup if there's already snow on the ground?
We can, but it's harder and takes longer, so the price goes up. If snow's in the forecast, book before it hits. Frozen leaves stick to everything and wet snow makes a mess of the whole process. Early November is usually the cutoff.
Do you clean out gutters as part of fall cleanup?
We can add gutter clearing for an extra fee. It's not in the base cleanup price, but if your gutters are packed with leaves we'll quote it on the spot. A lot of clients add it on - it's way easier to do it all in one visit.
